Keeping Customers Happy

A customer was so happy with the support I gave her that she offered me her petsmart coupons. She said I'd save a lot of money if I use the coupon. I had to turn her down. I told her that I don't have a pet. She said it was unfortunate.

I had a dog once but it died because of the Parvo virus. That time we couldn't afford to take him to the vet. He died in my arms. That experience traumatized me.
