My last few posts were all about losing weight. Actually, most of my employees are ladies and they are more worried about their physique compared to the males. Therefore, searches for the term; “best diet pills for women” are more often done in the office facilities compared to the same term for the male variant. Well, women are vain but that’s what makes them beautiful and most sought after by men.

Acne at Work

Some people tell me that tea tree oil is a good treatment for acne. And in my outsourcing facility where people work for long and odd hours, acne is a common occurrence for the young employees. I am therefore very eager to learn about how to use tea tree oil for acne so that I can share it with my employees. Even if personal matters are beyond a company’s management, keeping them healthy is a good way of making sure that they will report for work every day.

Safe Dieting

does alli work? That’s one question that some of my dieting employees ask. In return, I ask them back; “Are those supplements safe?” Doing some research before popping a new pill into your mouth is not at all bad. In fact, it is what rational minds will most probably advice. But do not worry that much. The FDA and other government agencies as well as the private sector are very vigilant nowadays. If there’s a bad pill hitting the market, you will most probably hear about it sooner than you think.

Getting Physical

In my last post, I wrote that that the current fad in the office is the search for ways on how to lose weight very fast. Other than the method that I have just written about, my employees are also into the gym thingie and some are into serious running like full marathons. I hope that my people are able to enjoy work in as much as they seem to be enjoying their fitness and diet activities. After all, it’s work enjoyment that keeps people in the same company for a long time. I hate resignations.

Smaller Tummies

In my call center, some of my customer service agents are passing around the website abworkouts.net. The reason for such an attention being given to the site is that my people spend long hours in front of the computer and goes straight home after work. Well of course, they also render overtime work at least once a week. The problem with that is that their tummies start getting bigger and now, the new trend in the office is the website that will hopefully lead them to better midsections

Christmas Spirit

Outsourcing guys and people all over should celebrate Christmas, recession or not. One of the best ways to do it is by installing christmas yard decorations. This bling blings make it so easy for people to see and feel the spirit of the season and hopefully carry it all over town and make other people happy. Christmas season is here and hopefully, it becomes the start of economic recovery all over the world.

Outsourced Health Care Jobs

I have mentioned before that jobs for health care are some of outsourcing’s best kept secret. For such a long time, countries like the Philippines have been graduating and licensing exemplary medical professionals that eventually end up in England, Ireland, Canada, the United States and a few other English speaking countries. But there are also people who work even in non English speaking places. I have an aunt who relocated to Germany as early as the 70’s to work as a nurse. She has long retired and now, she has her nice retirement estate in the province.

Team Incentives In Call Centers

In a number of call centers, teams are given incentives based on their productivity. For example, a group that does outsourced collection work for credit cards are given cash or non monetary incentives for reaching a monthly quota. In my group (I am not going to say which one), I am thing of giving Branson Missouri vacation packages to groups that reach their bi annual targets. In the event that one team is able to do so, the company that outsourced the work ends up happy while the team that did the actual work also gets to have a nice vacation.

For guys, ecco shoes shoes will probably be appetizing enough.

In my previous post, I made a gift or incentive idea for women employees who refer successful applicants. For the mostly men (mostly very young), who work in call centers, giving away these trendy and not at all cheap pairs would be a good incentive. In the Philippines, India and other outsourcing destinations, Ecco shoes are expensive but very popular. Giving pairs of this brand for free is therefore a good idea.

Why not give away Prada handbags as incentives to top referrers? This is probably a good idea.

Most call centers and other outsourcing facilities employ women. And since most of such firms ask for referrals for good applicants, HR departments have given cash and/ or material incentives to those who make successful referrals. In order to further encourage employees to refer more good applicants, offering Prada as an incentive to top referrers is probably a good idea.
