Team Incentives In Call Centers

In a number of call centers, teams are given incentives based on their productivity. For example, a group that does outsourced collection work for credit cards are given cash or non monetary incentives for reaching a monthly quota. In my group (I am not going to say which one), I am thing of giving Branson Missouri vacation packages to groups that reach their bi annual targets. In the event that one team is able to do so, the company that outsourced the work ends up happy while the team that did the actual work also gets to have a nice vacation.
