Another thing that one can do to motivate employees of outsourcing facilities and/or any company that has a lot of manpower is to gift talented musicians in the company with Dunlop guitar products and other musical instruments and accessories. For musicians below the caliber of Van Halen and the like, musical instruments are quite expensive and company support or sponsorship is something that will go a long way in terms of employee appreciation or even loyalty.
