Talking about approaches to motivating employees, I just realized that money is not the be all and end all solution. Giving employees valuable material things like all clad copper core cookware is a very good motivator to a lot of employees. The outsourcing industry employs a lot of women and married males. Giving them something nice for their kitchens will be well appreciated.
