It works for me

I remember reading an article about a study that cast doubts on the benefits of taking vitamins. The article claims that there is no substantial result that will prove that vitamins are beneficial to the human body. As for me, I know that I feel stronger and healed after regularly taking vitamins whenever my body is stressed out. I take good doses of multivitamins whenever I feel weak and normally, I feel better afterward.
