My Friend Ruben

I have a friend who quit his well paying job as a radio station manager to concentrate on his business of renting out temporary stages and sound system to concert organizers, religious organizations and political parties. He has an art tube pac and other top of the line equipment which makes him a favorite of his clients. It’s been several years now but he continuous to enjoy brisk business. We especially like it during election season because his equipments are booked every day.

Quality Above All

I heard that this new BPO is very particular with the quality equipment it uses. There people who check all equipment's quality before they are used or installed. The cable cover that was installed recently was removed because the quality was not the one originally specified. They had to remove everything to install better cable covers.

I wonder if this company is also particular with the quality of employees they hire...

Keeping Customers Happy

A customer was so happy with the support I gave her that she offered me her petsmart coupons. She said I'd save a lot of money if I use the coupon. I had to turn her down. I told her that I don't have a pet. She said it was unfortunate.

I had a dog once but it died because of the Parvo virus. That time we couldn't afford to take him to the vet. He died in my arms. That experience traumatized me.
