A Day in the Life of A Call Center Agent

Hi,

A customer called to check on his account. He was at work at that time, he was inspecting a few steel buildings in canada at that time so there was a lot of banging and clanging noises in the background. It was hard for us to hear each other so he had to end the call.

I hope he calls back. I think he realized that it wasn't a good idea to call while there's a lot of activity around him, specially if he has an issue that needs to be resolved immediately.

A workman's story

After my accident on the bus, even after I was able to rest for a month, I need to wear elbow braces everyday. Elbow braces are not the fashionable thing but I need them. They provide warmth and support not just for my elbows but also for parts of my arms.

The air conditioning system of our outsourcing company seems to be broken as it only can blow super cold air all the time. It's either that or we have to turn it off and endure the heat the entire day. Well I have to endure the cold in this condition.

I'm not exactly happy but I have no choice.

Work Hazards

Someone at the company stepped on a few rivet nuts that were left lying on the floor by the construction workers. She was in a hurry and didn't see the rivet nuts so she accidentally stepped on a few and slipped. She landed on her on her rear. Good thing she wasn't wearing high heels that time or her injuries would have been worse. These construction workers should be reprimanded for being so careless.
