While about to leave for an overseas destination to look for a bulk supplier of the best flexible metal hose, I can’t help but notice that the check in counters of my favorite airline is being staffed by an outsourcing company. I then remembered that the same service was being handled in house a couple of months ago. The end of such practice was marked by a work stoppage in the middle of a strong typhoon.
