Even in the outsourcing business, there are people holding Quality Assurance Specialist Jobs. In call centers, they make sure that the agents handle customers the way the company wants them to. Without these people manning their posts, employees would be left to themselves and make or break their own companies handling customers only in the way they want to. That isn’t good isn’t it?

Even in BPO, accountability is important. You want to be assured that even though certain aspects of your business are being done thousands of miles away, they are still being done correctly.
