Cities with Bad Commute Situations

I can’t believe how it happened but for the nth survey over a period of a few years, Manila did not land in the list of cities with the worst vehicular traffic. I have written in this blog a few times in the past years about cities with very bad traffic or commute situations. I mentioned in the past similar posts that Manila seemed to have been omitted in the cities mentioned to have very bad commute situations.

This time, another group- IBM, made a study of 20 cities with a very bad commute situations and Manila was again omitted. How can it happen?
