In my outsourcing facility, I am thinking of recreating my school playground to serve as some kind of recreation facility for my people. It is in that place where they can engage in horseplay and play games like grade school kids. I expect the young employees and the young at heart to find this theme cool for the next few months after which I will need to replace it with something exciting.
