As we try to go paperless and rely on our office computers to manage our entire load, we realize that at least at this point, we still need papers, pens and other office supplies. Filing and referencing functions are yet to be mastered by most of us and that means that important documents still need to be printed and filed. We therefore need paper clips, staples and folders still. If only we can master the art of being entirely digital, we will be doing away with a lot of stuff.
