I know of two highly effective fat burners – diet and exercise. Such however, is not for everyone. There are people who won’t go on a diet and exercise, there are those who can’t sustain the two and there are those who can’t. Some people have extreme hypertension that makes exercise puts them in danger of increased blood pressure. Those kinds of people, need to take some pills first and stabilize their blood pressures before they can do that. There are also people who would rather pop a pill than spend hours sweating in the gym.
