With just a few weeks left before the end of the month, I deemed it best to buy halloween costumes for my team mates in our call center. The annual party had become something to look forward to by every employee and huge rewards are now being given to the best dressed attendee of our Halloween parties. It’s not just the price, I guess, since only a few can actually get it. However, the process of planning, execution and fun enjoyed by everybody makes our costume parties something worthwhile.
