With BPO workers working night shifts, wrinkle creams should sell well in those facilities. Anyway, I wonder what’s in store for us, outsourced workers. The US and European economies are still down and a lot of people are asking that previously outsourced jobs be sent back in order to provide employment to a lot of people. On the other hand, some people believe that outsourcing is needed more than even in order to save companies that are endanger of going under.

In my opinion, outsourcing only goes bad when the level of unemployed people increases. Outsourcing is best for both sides(the company and the workers)when people are employed and at the same time there is help from outside.
