While a lot of people are job search, a good number of outsourcing companies are posting huge signs that says good salaries await new employees. I’ve heard this so many time before and I am inclined to believe that the problem is in finding a good match between the skills of the applicants and the requirements of the job vacancy. I hope that head hunters will pool their databases and link it with the employers. That will surely make it easier for the jobless to find jobs.
