I think I have already written about the free ipods and other freebies that awaited the successful candidates for employment in call centers and other outsourcing companies in Manila. Today, the trend continues with most employers offering various perks. Applicants are even enticed to come by offering free lunches. However, the seasoned employees are dispensing with the freebies and sign up bonuses in favor with better employment conditions.
