ECOMMERCE SOFTWARE FOR OUTSOURCING FOR P2P OUTSOURCING COMPANIES

Having met and advised a number of would be entrepreneurs and businessmen who all wanted to tap the offshore market, the most pressing question had always been how to get paid. Collecting payments from offshore clients can be complicated due to the physical distance between the sellers and the buyers. It is also much more difficult by the peculiarities of every financial system being used by every country.

Paypal can make things a lot easy. But unfortunately, it is not fully functional in a number of outsourcing destinations. Besides, not all customers are amenable to using Paypal in paying their bills. Since buyers pretty much dictate the way payments are going to be made, P2P outsourcing companies have no choice but to get merchant accounts from all the major credit card companies. That makes doing business a lot more complicated and stressful. Imagine having to manage receivables from various sources and balance it with your payables.

It’s a good thing that there is an online shopping cart that enables businesses to collect and manage their operations online. Ashop’s ecommerce software is preprogrammed and ready to accept most credit cards (and Paypal). All that’s needed are a few adjustments in the beginning.

In addition, the program integrates most of the processes involved in the business into one ecommerce software. Ashop commerce’s shopping cart software is web based and installs easily, eliminating the need for an IT specialist that will prepare, upload and maintain the program. Should you be curious, trying the software is free for 10 days.

…and be the better judge.

BRIDGE LOANS

With the gas prices rising faster than everybody’s income, it is not surprising to find out that the number of people needing some cash in between paydays have increased substantially. Of course, that is in addition to the regular number of people who gets caught by life’s little surprises and needs a little help to be able to get by. It is a good thing that there now exist companies that provide the so called Faxless Payday Loans that serves to help people, while waiting for their paydays.

On hindsight, the rates that they offer may seem high. But my opinion in this is that it is not being rammed into anybody’s throat. Besides, people can always surf the net and do some offline search for the best rates that are being offered by the competing firms. In addition, the amounts being offered do not reach really large amounts and it is not advisable to borrow more than the amount really needed. In the end, people will still choose and the decision whether to avail of the loan will still be theirs.

In the end, these payday loan facility will serve as a helping hand to its clients.

THE LATEST IN OUTSOURCING

The composites world wrote about one supposed evil in outsourcing in the airline industry which is the loss of design expertise. According to the article, the global sourcing of aircraft parts resulted to lower production costs but made the communication between the builders and designers very impersonal. If I may ask, would they rather make the process expensive by bringing back the old system or shall they move forward and implement remedial measures? Just asking.

For the meantime, India is gearing up to take on another variant of outsourcing which is Legal Process Outsourcing that is comprised of legal transcription, coding, document management, research, due diligence, contract drafting, proofreading, intellectual property services, etc.

And while Informationweek suggests a bleak outsourcing future based on data that they the author himself admits need further research, the Russian outsourcing Industry released figures that suggests massive growth until 2011. This is in addition to the boom in the construction of additional BPO facilities in India, Philippines and other favorite outsourcing destinations.

PROOF THAT OUTSOURCING DOES NOT TAKE AWAY JOBS FROM THE US

There are close to 300,000 call center agents in the Philippines and a lot more in all the other destinations combined. A million outsourcing employees taken away from the US and Western Europe should not be easy to ignore. But check the news feed (below) and realize that the demand for US jobs are even increasing.

As I emphasized in th post, previous to this, outsourcing will even lead to a better US of A.

NEW CALL CENTER IN PLYMOUTH

I remember having talked about this several times in this blog. Outsourcing will not take away jobs from the US. It will actually lead to the creation of higher value jobs and the strengthening of the existing companies. As for outsourcing in particular, I believe that not all items can be sent offshore and some of the jobs sent away will have to be taken back. The world is evolving and things are constantly being fine tuned.

Take this news about call centers continuing to be established in the US, despite the very successful trend of sending it out to cheap labor countries.
