It is not surprising to find out that top corporate honchos support IT outsourcing. Being so cost conscious, they need to do something about the fact that guys in the IT department command a high salary that continuous to sharply increase every year. In the Philippines alone, a survey showed that salaries in the field of information and technology surged to more 40% annually.
A few year ago, I also read a news article that in the US, salaries of those working in IT continuous to increase. Despite that, the number of students enrolling in IT courses continue to decline.
