In a way, yes. In some sub sectors of the BPO industry such as, MT and contact centers, the presence of Indian companies have increased within the past few years. I myself have met with owners of some Indian BPO firms who are seriously exploring the possibility of relocating or expanding their business in the Philippines. I have also helped one relocate in Manila.
