In outsourcing companies, it is important for the IT department to constant clean the memory drives of every PC before it crashes the entire operations. Some employees, though oftentimes forbidden to download stuff from the internet , still fund a way to fill their drives with tons of mp3’s that may have been legally or even illegally obtained. Before any trouble can erupt, it is in the company’s best interest to do constant house cleaning that covers even the memory drives of the company pc’s.
